Physical Products (Lashes, Lash Supplies, etc.)
You are eligible for a return or refund if:
• The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The product was received damaged or defective.
Please note:
• Sale items are final and not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Custom items or products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
Courses (Digital Products)
You are eligible for a refund on digital courses if:
• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
• There are technical issues or content inaccuracies that prevent you from completing the course.
Courses that have been substantially used or completed are not eligible for refunds.
